The core activity of Pagoda Garden is the personalised design and execution of both complete and partial refurbishments.

From the beginning of each project we pay special attention to the needs and ideals of our clients, and by means of fluid communication we guide them towards an end result with which they feel fully identified.

This spirit of individuality of our projects is strengthened in each case by the use of innovative solutions. We optimise the layout of the available surface area to create large and bright spaces that adapt perfectly to the use for which they were conceived.

Since its beginnings Pagoda Garden has stood out for its interior design proposals. We work closely with our clients on the design and creation of unique and exclusive ambiences that have their own identities. We do so by choosing furniture, lighting elements, upholstery and works of art.

By means of the decoration, we manage to convert empty spaces into cosy and useful spaces that are a faithful reflection of the people who will make use of them.

In recent years, the Pagoda Garden team has focused on providing our clients with advice and guidance on the purchase of properties, whether for personal use or for their subsequent sale or rent.

In both cases, we always bear in mind each client’s personal preferences and budget. We provide a comprehensive service in two or three stages, according to each case.

In a first stage, we look for and select the best real estate market offers at the time. In a second stage, we carry out the refurbishment and interior design project that we think is the most appropriate according to the characteristics and use of the property. Finally, and only when required, we put the property in the hands of collaborating real estate companies for its subsequent sale.

One of our distinguishing features is our turnkey service. This is a comprehensive service for clients for whom time is at a premium. We take care of everything and when they finally return to their property they will find it fully equipped for immediate use.

In addition to the refurbishment project, the co-ordination and execution of the work, if necessary, we take care of the interior design proposal (supplying furniture, lamps and ornaments). We also take care of the complete provisioning of the property, paying special attention to even the smallest details, anticipating and satisfying any need of its use.

Following the maxim “everything in its place and a place for everything”, we re-organise our clients’ homes based on rational organisation criteria as regards the layout of dressing rooms, kitchens, bookshelves, children’s bedrooms and communal spaces with the aim of optimising space and making daily life easier.
